BEGINNER’S 4 WEEK PROGRAM

The Beginner Program is designed for individuals who are new to their fitness journey, those with a basic level of fitness (such as being able to walk comfortably for 30 minutes), or anyone who has previously completed a SOFIT Challenge.

This program serves as an introduction to simple yet effective workouts that can be done from the comfort of your home, at the gym, or anywhere you feel most comfortable. Over the next 3 weeks, you’ll be training 4 days per week using primarily bodyweight exercises and resistance bands, meaning little to no gym equipment is required.

The goal of this program is to help you build consistency, confidence, strength, and a solid fitness foundation regardless of your current level.
